We take customer service very seriously and stand behind our ads for the items we sell.


We offer a full money back guarantee that the item will be in the general condition both cosmetically and functionality as the auction ad describes:

If you purchase one of our items and don't feel it was listed correctly in terms of either functionality or cosmetics, then please write a calm, detailed message explaining the problem within 14 days of receiving the item.

If we agree that a mistake was made by us in the eBay Ad description, THEN you can return the item for a full money back refund.

Should it appear that the item was damaged during shipping:

·        Please retain all shipping materials and item (in the received condition) so that we can go through the proper claims procedure with the shipping company.

·        Do not attempt to fix the item yourself or have it repaired until instructed to by us (This will depend on the shipping company's policy).

·        Unwillingness to cooperate with this process will result in a denial of refund.

We are very fair when it comes to these matters. We did not get 2800+ positive feedbacks and a 100% customer satisfaction rate by being unreasonable or dishonest.
 


Please read the ad description carefully (including Terms and Conditions) and bid only what you can afford because if you decide you just don't want the item after you receive it or just can't afford it right now (basically any reason for return not due to our error), you may not return it.
